South Carolina barely beats Louisiana Tech

Here’s another team I hyped up a little bit in the first couple of weeks. I thought Will Muschamp was on to something at South Carolina, and then they lost an ugly game to Kentucky. But this past week, they probably should have lost to Louisiana Tech.

The Gamecocks trailed all game long before coming back in the second half a winning on a last second field goal. While not quite as embarrassing as Tennessee’s debacle against Massachusetts, South Carolina fans should still concerned with how bad their offense is.

The defense is playing well so I guess you can say that they’re Florida-lite without the off-the-field issues. Which is fitting because Muschamp used to coach the Gators, and we all know how putrid his offenses were there.
