Georgia Football won the recruitment battle for Justin Fields, but with Jake Fromm already starting over Jacob Eason, how would UGA manage with all 3?

Has UGA become QBU? Fans have loved their running backs for a long time, but right now, Georgia Football might be even better situated in the games most important position. It’s hard to think that just 2 seasons ago, UGA had to start a transfer in Grayson Lambert. Next year, the Bulldogs could have the best depth chart at that position in all of football.

There is an old saying that if you have 2 QB’s, you actually don’t have any. I don’t think that applies to UGA going forward. We’ve seen enough from Jacob Eason and Jake Fromm over the past few years to know that they can play. Justin Fields has the talent to be even better than both of them and should excel whenever he arrives in Athens.

Now that UGA has been the first team to secure the commitment from 3 straight 5-star QB’s, the question is how to manage them. There are a lot of questions that are going to need to be answered over the next 12 months at that position. So I’m going to dive into exactly what those questions are and how this QB battle could end up unfolding. With plenty of time still left in the season, there’s always the chance some of this becomes obsolete. However, I think there’s a good chance that this is how this 3 way QB battle is going to work out.
