Georgia Football got another big win this week against Missouri and once again, Athens was loaded with top prospects.

Georgia Football put together another big win this weekend. But it was another big week for recruiting as well. Much like the past few weeks when UGA have been playing in Athens, there was a tonne of top-level prospects in town.

To start with, Justin Fields was at a game for the first time since he committed to UGA. We’ll go into plenty of detail on who he was working his magic on later in the piece, but its clear that he’s now focused on trying to bring others to Athens. The nations no.1 player also had another big game on Friday night, scoring 5 TD’s in his game.

There were two big OL prospects in town that Sam Pittman would love to add to his unit. They were joined by several flip candidates who are committed to other schools right now. Fields was working hard on several of those guys alongside the coaches. There was also some potential weapons in town who Fields could end up throwing to over the next few years.

There were also plenty of top 2019 and 2020 prospects in Athens as well. Georgia also seems to be working really hard on players from Grayson high school right now. Players like Owen Pappoe were getting a big push to bring them to UGA. A lot of these observations were made by Matt DeBary from the Athens Banner-Herald. If you want to stay up to date with recruiting news, he’s well worth a follow @MattDeBary.  So buckle down readers, let’s get started looking at all of the players who were in town this week!
