Georgia football: Observations of the Bulldogs opponents after week seven
Georgia football improved to 7-0 with a big win over Missouri while the remaining teams on the Bulldogs’s schedule played some pretty bad games.
The more the weeks go on, the better the chances seem for Georgia football to run the table and finish the regular season 12-0. This past week, Georgia ran over and around Missouri on route to a 53-28 victory.
The opponents however, were not as triumphant. teams on Georgia’s remaining schedule went 1-3. And even that one win was ugly. Simply put, it’s going to take injuries or just a terrible performance for Georgia to not be 12-0 when the regular season ends.
Florida dresses and plays ugly against Texas A&M
The Florida backslide continues. Although this week, Florida warned us by unveiling the ugliest uniform in the history of college football. You just knew the Gators were going for a new level of disappointment.

They definitely lived up to their uniforms with their performance against Texas A&M. Felipe Franks only passed for 129 and threw two interceptions. He did run for 82 yards though. As a team, the Gators rushed for 242 yards. But the two interceptions were devastating. The first pic ended a 36-yard drive and the second ended the Gators potential go-ahead drive before it began.
Once again, Florida just can’t score. They showed a lot of promise a few weeks back in their blowout win over Vanderbilt. But since then, their offense has stagnated and it’s against defenses that really aren’t all that good.
Florida has failed to score 20 in all three of their losses so far. If Georgia holds them under 20, which they should, the Bulldogs should leave Jacksonville victorious.
