This UGA team doesn’t need any more motivation:

Rivalry games can be tough. They are often emotional and sometimes those emotions can get the better of good teams. Kirby Smart and his coaches have done a great job this year of keeping this Georgia team focused. Whether they have been playing Notre Dame, Tennesee or Samford, we’ve seen a pretty consistent effort no matter the opponent.

That’s a testament to the coaches as well as the senior leadership on this team. Guys like Nick Chubb and Carter are steady characters who embody that mindset. They have also lost far too many times against Florida than they would have liked to.

This week is the perfect opportunity for this whole team to expel some demons. However, they all know that to do that, they will need to stay focused on doing what they have done so well this season. Keep chopping wood.

I’m not surprised that Florida came out trash talking. Like I said, they’re not a great team this year and they are probably hoping to make this Georgia team too emotional. To encourage them to react and be undisciplined.

Unfortunately for them, this is a different Georgia Football team. They aren’t going to be mentally beaten by a side that they know they can dominate on the football field. I don’t expect Georgia to treat this Florida team any differently than they treated Mississippi State, Tennessee and Notre Dame. That’s probably going to lead to a very long day for those rather loud Gators…
