Georgia Football lands BIG DT Jordan Davis and more…

Hmmmm is there another ‘commit’ coming:

One of the things I love about how UGA recruit now is the way that our classes seem so tight. Once again, Georgia landed a player and he instantly received a welcome from a lot of UGA’s class.

Whether its Justin Fields or Kearis Jackson, there are always plenty of Dawgs out there welcoming a new player into the fold. This time fellow North Carolina resident Zamir White got involved. That’s not always a given for the quiet White. It’s a big sign of respect that is for sure.

What was interesting this time, however, was a tweet that went out from a current UGA target. I mentioned Alontae Taylor the other day as a potential recruit. UGA has been targeting him hard since he decommitted from Tennessee.  Well, Taylor joined in with the other UGA recruits to ‘Welcome’ Davis:

As Jeff Sentell emojis; hmmmmm. That was a very interesting reaction from a player who will be on his official visit to Athens this weekend. Taylor has 3 other officials scheduled and this is not official. But it certainly looks like UGA is in the driver’s seat for another very talented athlete. The Dawgs continue to make a great impression with this years class.
