Georgia Football kicks off it’s December with a BIG recruit
‘We ain’t done yet!’
Remember that slogan? The warcry from the likes of Richard Lecounte and Jake Fromm in the 2017 class applies again this year. UGA is not done just with this one commitment. Particularly on the offensive line. Jamaree Salyer and Cade Mays are both committing on the 20th. UGA is still heavily in the running for both.
Jackson continues to work on his fellow 2018 guys. I love the way this guy is always doing his best to bring guys to Georgia. He was joined in this by 2017 top lineman Isaiah Wilson. Wilson might have redshirted this year, but he’s going to be a serious player next year. It’s great to see current players reach out to guys who they might have to battle for playing time. This is the kind of competitive environment that Smart is trying to build in Athens. Speaking of Kirby, it looks like he and Pittman were with another top guard when Hill committed:
Jamaree Salyer might be the only lineman who is better than Hill this year. He is still their number 1 target and I think there is a reason Smart and Pittman were there. They know what they are doing with this class and they chose to celebrate getting Hill with Salyer. Read into that what you will, but I think there is a great chance Salyer becomes a Dawg in 8 days.

So buckle up Dawg fans. There should be plenty more good news coming over the next couple of weeks. Santa Claus is coming to Athens…
