Georgia Football fans had a great day yesterday as the team signed 6 5-star players. But the Dawgs were not done as 2 more players inked today with UGA.

I guess it never ends with Kirby Smart does it. If Georgia football fans felt like they were going to relax after signing Brenton Cox yesterday, the coaches had other things planned. After hours, UGA flipped a corner back from Alabama in Nadab Joseph.

If that didn’t shock fans, what came at 8.30pm sure did. Channing Tindall, one of the top ILB prospects in the country announced a surprise signing. Tindall was expected to wait until February, but after seeing what UGA had put together, decided to jump on board and commit. He then filed and sent in his paperwork to become an official part of this class.

As if that wasn’t enough excitement for us, there was more. Tight end Luke Ford made his announcement this afternoon and he too chose the Dawgs. Considered to be the nations top player at his position, Ford has a tight bond with Justin Fields. His commitment wasn’t a huge surprise, but his decision to get it done early was.

with those two players, Georgia looks like it could end up with the top class this year. It sits in the top spot right now and it has signed 20 players. That means that there are 4 spots available. Right now UGA has 4 commitments, but all of them are from 3-star players. It wouldn’t be surprising to see some if not all of them replaced with higher rated talents in Feb.

Next: Lets give Sam Pittman some credit shall we!

No matter what, this is already a record breaking class for Georgia. They always said Kirby Smart was a good recruiter and it certainly looks like he’s proven that this week.
