The Georgia Football team has a lot to celebrate at the moment. Not only did they enjoy one of their most successful seasons in a long time. But they also just secured the number one overall recruiting class according to all of the services.

Having signed 20 players back in December, the Dawgs received an extra 6 on National Signing Day. Having done a profile of everyone who signed early, it’s time to look at the new kids.

Tramel Walthour was one of two defensive tackles to join UGA on signing day. Ranked as a 3-star prospect, he’s a player a lot of fans thought would get dropped in the end by Kirby Smart. But Smart and Georgia seem to really rate Walthour and don’t put too much stock into his ratings.
