As Georgia Football goes through spring training Kirby Smart needs some new leaders to step up and replace the seniors who are heading to the NFL.

We’ve heard a lot the past few weeks about leadership. As the Georgia Football team moves forward and prepares for 2018, a lot of people inside and outside of the program are talking about the guys that aren’t there anymore.

With the NFL Draft now less than a month away, a lot of those players are about to become professionals. That’s something that every rival fan and sports journalist loves to point out. At this point, lots of people are expecting Georgia to fall on their face this upcoming season. The loss of those veterans is something that many think cannot be overcome.

I’m not on that bandwagon. Instead, I am very much on the opposite side of the argument. Yes, Georgia cannot replace guys like Roquan Smith and Nick Chubb. However, it doesn’t keep signing all these talented players every year for no reason. There is plenty of depth and talent that should be ready to step up.

With the team now right in the middle of Spring practice, some players seem to be standing out more than others. Stories and observations  are starting to come about regarding who those players are and what they are doing. So I wanted to take a quick look at 4 guys who right now are behaving like leaders on the team. I’m not saying that these are the only ones, but from what I’ve read, all four are stepping up.
