How good has his offseason been?

Wynn, like a lot of UGA’s seniors, really stepped up and impressed during the postseason. He was fantastic during the run to the national championship game and that was even more impressive when we heard news this offseason.

Wynn went to the Senior Bowl and dominated during the practice sessions. Unfortunately, he ended up missing the game because of a shoulder injury. What we ended up learning later was that he carried that injury for the final for games of UGA’s season having injured it in the Kentucky Game.

Considering Wynn has since had surgery so that he can be fit for his first season in the pro’s, it’s pretty incredible he was able to play and play well at such a high level. Not only was he fantastic in the biggest games of the year for Georgia. He destroyed some of the top defensive linemen in the country at the Senior Bowl.

While he hasn’t been able to work out for the pro teams, he’s overall had a great offseason. Scouts seem to have fallen in love with his tape and he is looking more and more likely to be a high draft pick.
