Projected draft grade and potential landing spots:

Most rankings have Wynn ranked as the second-best Georgia player in the draft. Other than Roquan Smith, there’s almost nobody else who will make as big of an impact on an NFL team than Wynn.

He has a low first or high second round grade and that seems about right. There are plenty of teams in that range who would love to add a player like Wynn. He’s in the same sort of draft range as Will Hernandez and two centers, James Daniels and Billy Price. All four of these players could be a great fit for a lot of teams, but it’s really going to be a case of what scheme do teams run.

Hernandez is a big-time power guard. He’s bigger and stronger than Wynn, but he doesn’t move as well. He’s going to a great fit for a team that wants to run a pure power run up the gut scheme like the Jaguars.

Price and Daniels are both really good players. However, to me, both are true centers so I expect center-needy teams to target them. Some think that Wynn could eventually be a center but I don’t know. Maybe in a few years, but if teams want him to have a day 1 impact, they should probably keep him at guard.

Teams to keep an eye on when it comes to Wynn are the Cinncinati Bengals, Minnesota Vikings, and the Jacksonville Jaguars. If he somehow makes it to the second round, I don’t think he makes it past the Giants or the Colts, both of whom would love to add him.
