Georgia Football is seen to have a favorable schedule in 2018, but there are going to be some tough matchups for the Dawgs
Here we are, Dawg fans. We are a mere 4 weeks away from the Georgia Football Kickoff. Summer practice has started, Fan Day has passed, and everyone is getting amped thinking about what this group can possibly do to follow-up that amazing 2017 Georgia football season that included an SEC championship, a Rose Bowl win in the playoffs, and a trip to the national championship game for the first time since 1983. That wonderful Labor Day weekend will be here before you know it. I always hear “One game at a time!” and “Never underestimate your opponent!” when I discuss our Week 1 opponent, Austin Peay.
Those rule, of course,e come down from Kirby Smart and his coaching staff. If there’s one thing we learned from 2017, its that Smart likes to keep his team focused on one week at a time. You’re going to be hard pressed to find anyone in the program talking about anything other than week one at the moment. We aren’t the Florida Gators that’s for sure…
Well, I’m going to break those rules people. That’s right, I’m going out on a limb and saying Georgia will DEFINITELY beat Austin Peay in week 1. Now while our schedule isn’t the toughest in the nation, don’t think for a second we won’t be tested. Let’s look at what I believe will be the toughest 3 regular season games for the Dawgs this season.
