Georgia Football goes into a pivotal season in 2018 and so here at Dawn of the Dawg we do our annual predictions for the season.

Well, its that time of the year again Georgia Football fans! It’s football week in Athens and what better way to start the first week of the season than our season predictions.

In 2017, the Georgia Bulldogs gave us fans some of the best memories many of us have had as sports fans. Who can forget that magical night in South Bend, the revenge game in Atlanta and quite possibly the best Rose Bowl in the long history of the sport? Many of the players who led that team have now moved on and will be playing on Sundays this year, but the future remains bright in Athens.

The Dawgs will be looking for starters on defense, but the talent level is higher than ever. The Dawgs welcomed the nation’s number one overall recruiting class this summer. Eight 5-star players have joined the roster and all of them will be pushing hard to see the field early and often.

There will also be several other fan favorites who will be returning. Some like Terry Godwin and Jonathan Ledbetter have just one final year. Others like Jake Fromm and Andrew Thomas will be back again in 2019.

So let’s get this thing kicked off, shall we! We hope you all enjoy our 2018 Dawn of the Dawg Georgia Football Predictions and feel free to reach out and let us know how you think the Dawgs will do this year.
