Both Quarterbacks:

Games like todays is why having 2 QBs like Georgia is a good thing. Jake Fromm remains the starter and I still believe is one of the best QBs in the SEC. Justin Fields gets a little bit better every week as he grows within the offense. Hes also such a great athlete that he scares defenses every single time he takes a snap.

Georgia haven’t exactly opened up the playbook much this season. They’ve got two great QBs and weapons all over the field. Jim Chaney and James Coley are both creative offensive minds. I have zero doubt that they have a much bigger playbook than we have seen so far this year. This is the kind of game where you open that book up and do some things the opponent hasn’t seen before.

For that to work, they need their QBs to execute. Fromm has been a bit up and down so far, but at times, he’s run this offense incredibly well. Fields still has a lot to learn but he’s very advanced for a freshmen. Georgia needs both to get the offense set and not make mistakes. That’s something they have both done really well so far this year.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, UGA has a legitimate 2 QB system. That’s not a bad thing and if both players can play their role and make this offense tick, I think the Dawgs will be tough to stop. Together, they help UGA stay balanced and with an efficient, turnover free offense, Georgia should come out of Death Valley with a very big victory.
