Georgia football’s offensive line coach Sam Pittman has an infectious personality that you can’t help but love, especially when he does his videos he gets an OL commitment.

Sam Pittman became the offensive line coach for Georgia football and is part of Kirby Smart’s original staff.

He started the trend during the 2018 recruiting cycle and it kind of stuck. Fans loved it, and Pittman seems to like posting these videos on Twitter.

There are ten ‘yes sir’ videos to date ranging from Oct. 2017 to June 2019. The latest video came on June 10 when Joshua Braun committed to the Dawgs.

The first ever video was on Oct. 6, 2017, while Pittman was sitting in his office with two pom-poms shaking them and yelling yes sir.  Georgia picked up 5-star quarterback Justin Fields that day.

I would have never guessed that the first ever ‘yes, sir’ video would be about a quarterback, but it was, and the fans loved it.

The video was something new, and it was an instant hit.

Pittman really got rolling with these videos posting one on Dec. 11, 2017, for Trey Hill’s commitment. He did two videos on Dec. 20, 2017, one for Cade Mays and the other for Jamaree Salyer. Pittman wore a No. 68 jersey and swung his pom-poms for Mays and a No. 69 jersey for Sayler.

The three for the 2020 class were pretty good ‘yes-sir’ videos, Braun’s with the dog was a good one. Pittman brought in a Georgia helmet with his pom-poms when Tate Ratledge committed on May 13.

Pittman posted one after the G-Day game on April 20. The video was for 4-star Akinola Ogunbiyi committed to the Dawgs. However, it cannot be considered as one of the top-three because Ogubiyi de-committed from the Dawgs to stay closer to his mother on June 23.

These three videos vividly stick out in my head as Pittman’s top- three ‘yes-sir’ videos and all three happen to come from the 2019 recruiting cycle.
