Georgia football lands Cadillac Bruiser for 2020 class
Georgia football is on a roll for the 2020 class with the latest addition of 5-star running back Kendall Milton. The Dawgs continue to add to the already loaded stable of running backs.
In a matter of two days, Georgia football adds its second commitment of July.
Kendall Milton announced that he chose the Dawgs over Alabama, LSU, and Ohio State.
Once again, Georgia lands one of the best running back prospects in the country.
According to 247Sports Composite rankings, Milton ranks as the No. 22 overall, No. 4 RB, No. 3 CA prospect, and No. 190 all-time player.
Georgia landed one of the most unique running backs I have ever seen. He is a Cadillac bruiser. Milton is 6-2 220 pounds and could be a linebacker if he wanted. However, his vision on the field and ability to see plays happen before they do makes him an even better back.
Dean Legge of Dawg Post did a live stream of the show and posted on YouTube, but the 5-star made the announcement through CBS Sports as well.
Milton has speed and also can run over defenders if he wants to. One thing I want him to get better with is catching the ball out of the backfield.
It’s something that a necessity in college football now and it’ll increase his draft stock.
On his 247Sports profile, Georgia leads the crystal ball prediction with 76 percent of the advantage.
Milton first came to Georgia for G-Day on April 20, then he came back for his official visit on June 14. That official visit is when I think it was a done deal for him.
He went to Alabama for his final official visit, and since then the love for Georgia has come in for him.
Milton is a perfect running back to add to the already running back room. D’Andre Swift could leave after this season, which would open up the competition for Milton, Zamir White, James Cook, and Kenny McIntosh to fight over it.
Georgia will take one more running back in the 2020 class, and I expect that guy to compliment Milton.
The Dawgs want a running back duo that scares the college football world, and it already got the first piece with Milton.
Georgia currently has 16 members in the 2020 class and maintain the No. 5 overall and No. 3 SEC class. The Dawgs may not be done yet as some other targets could pull the trigger and join the class.
Today was a huge success for the Dawgs as they welcome the next member into its hallowed running back room.
