Week 7: Georgia Bulldogs vs. Kentucky Wildcats

Date & Time: Saturday, October 19th, 2019 @ TBD

Last year this game provided a match-up of top-15 teams and a surging Wildcat ball club.

However, even last year with them surging and coming into this game with a good bit of momentum they still lost by double their points.

After losing a lot of players after this last season, including first-round draft pick Josh Allen, the leader of the defense, and star running back Benny Snell, this Kentucky team will be down a lot of talented players and leaders. In addition to all of those critical losses they also lost tight end C.J. Conrad and three starting defensive backs.

Those defensive losses will not be easy to overcome, and I doubt we see the stifling defense that was the leading force for Kentucky last year.

Georgia put up 34 points last year against what was thought to be one of the best defenses in college football. They should be able to put up, even more, this year.

Kentucky’s offense lost two key components from last year, but they still return their number one wideout this year.

Even with that said their quarterback is not very developed as a passer and couldn’t get to the 2,000 yard mark through the air last year and only threw for 11 touchdowns.

Despite losing cornerback Deandre Baker and defensive end D’Andre Walker the defense should be just fine in limiting how much damage this offense does this week.

Georgia wins 42-13
