Georgia football: 5 Celebrity guests predictions for College GameDay

The first prediction that goes on this list is for the older crowd and because I saw something on Twitter that made me think why not.

Vince Dooley is the great coach ever at the University of Georgia and two weekends ago the university honored him by naming the field at Sanford Stadium after him.

So who better than Dooley who was the first Georgia coach to defeat the Irish in 1980 for the Dawg’s second national title to be the guest picker.

The Dawgs already honored him with the field, but what better way to welcome Dooley Field’s first night game than to let Dooley be the guest picker.

Dooley would be a solid choice because he would be witty enough, but also make good picks. He knows football and would give Lee Corso a run for his money.

While Dooley may not be the young peoples vote for the guest picker, he would be an excellent choice if the producers want to go with the history and tradition elements.

It’s hard not to give the guy who beat Notre Dame himself the opportunity to come on College GameDay.

However, I think Dooley would be a safe pick and somewhat dull. While I love the tradition element, I want someone who’s going to put on a show and have some fun with it.
