3 things Georgia football’s offense must do against Notre Dame
By Eric Taylor
Get Eli Wolf established early
Eli Wolf has proven to be a weapon in the passing game through the first three games. He is the third-leading receiver in yards on the team. Wolf averages 15 yards a catch.
Notre Dame will look to lockdown Georgia’s receivers so getting Wolf the ball would open up the passing game by forcing the Fighting Irish to commit a safety to the tight end.
Louisville’s tight end, Marshon Ford had two catches for 43 yards against the Irish.
I believe that Eli Wolf could have similar or better production. He’s proven to be someone who can catch the ball and not to mention Wolf blocks well too.
Wolf is currently Georgia’s third-best receiver in yards this season with 90 and averages 15 yards a catch. He could be Fromm’s security blanket this game as Notre Dame concentrates on slowing down Georgia’s receivers.
I believe Wolf could be our x-factor in the passing game if Notre Dame can clamp down on the big plays outside.
He is the Dawgs’ secret weapon and someone that has got to be in the game plan. I believe this will be the game where he gets his first touchdown as a Bulldog.
