Negativity from writers and analyst.

I need to be clear about something here, and  I’m not saying all writers and analysts are cynical about the Dawgs, especially not any of us here at the Dawn of The Dawg, however, some are.

That being said, if you spend any time on Saturdays watching ESPN before or after the games, some of the negativity had to get your attention.

No, ESPN doesn’t exactly affect the AP or Coaches poll. But still, it was somewhat disturbing the lack of respect the Bulldogs receive across the country.

I know, we’re not exactly going against the best team this week, record and stat-wise, anyways.

In no way is that any attempt to disrespect Tennessee or take from the history of their program. Do you catch that? History. That’s past tense.

Anyway, I don’t need to bash the Volunteers or tear them down. The 1-3 record does enough of that on its own.

But, because of the incredible history of Tennessee, what a great opportunity for Georgia to possibly put a few people on cable television in their place.

A straightforward win against the Volunteers isn’t going to do that. However, 56-3 maybe 56-10, people would talk about that.

Get ready for a blowout.
