Douglas was probably one of the most dependable yet unheralded backs in recent history at Georgia. He was the consummate team player, never thinking of his own stats or status, but rather doing what was best for the entire team.
We rank him on this list because even knowing he’d never be the lead dawg, he always remained loyal to the team and did what was asked of him, even playing a little defense and special teams.
Brendan Douglas was an important part of some great Georgia backfields, and had it not been for his unselfish play and strong work ethic some of his teammates may have never been as successful as they were.
