Georgia football injury report for the game against Missouri.

Georgia football travels to Columbia to take on the Missouri Tigers today at noon. They will be doing so with quite a few starters in street clothes, but they will be getting at least one big-time starter back for this game. Georgia will need all the bodies they can get on defense with a guy like Larry Rountree III trying to get his third consecutive game of more than 150 rushing yards.

Here is the list of players that are out, doubtful, or probable to play today against South Carolina according to 247Sports.com.

Out:

Doubtful:

Questionable:

Probable:

Davis has been practicing all week at full speed. There is a very good chance that he could go today. Georgia football’s rush defense has struggled without the big guy out there plugging the middle. Davis’ presence will go a long way towards bottling up Rountree. Look for Davis to make his presence known early in this one.

It is looking like LeCounte will travel to Columbia, but most likely will not play in the game. Georgia’s secondary has missed their leader while he has been out. Georgia football’s pass defense is ranked No. 100 in the nation. It’s hard to imagine they would be that low if No. 2 was once again roaming centerfield for the Bulldogs.

Milton is another player that has been injured but returned to practice this week. He was wearing a black non-contact jersey though. There is a chance he could play, but with how well Zamir White, James Cook, and Kenny McIntosh have been running Kirby Smart may not push the issue with Milton.

There is a good chance that Georgia would beat Missouri even without some of these players coming back. However, it is always good to get your better players back on the field. Especially in the case of Davis and LeCounte who will probably only have the opportunity to suit up for Georgia three more times before going to the NFL.
