Georgia football has one of the best head coaches in the game, as once again, Kirby Smart proves he is the right choice.

A video surfaced of his post-game speech after the South Carolina game, and it sent chills down my spine.

He always has the best pre and post-game speeches, but this one tops them all.

Smart flat out said we’re not practicing to beat one opponent; nope, they are practicing to be everybody. That tenacity and grit are so much fun to watch because we all know how bad Smart wants to win.

This team has already proven to be different, but after South Carolina, we saw some sloppiness, so the video helped me feel like it was just a slip-up. From now on, the Dawgs will focus and dominate every opponent. They will play with heart from the time they step on the field until that game clock reads 00:00.

After watching this video, if you’re a true Georgia fan, you have to go, “Man, I  love that Kirby Smart.” My aunt and I  came up with that, which we probably weren’t the original folks, but after seeing him get fired up in 2016, we both looked at each other and said, “Man, I  love that Kirby Smart,” and it stuck.

That saying comes out when we see videos like the “beat everybody” and, most recently, the laughing during practice one, show me how much this head coach loves the University of Georgia. His passion is unmatched.

Smart loves his team more than any other head football coach in college football, and no one will change that opinion for me. There is nothing he wants more than to coach at Georgia and win titles. Even though it hasn’t happened yet, it’s coming, and he is the man that’ll get the job done.

He understands what it means to win ballgames, teach these young men how to grow up and be responsible adults, and above all else, he has taught them football is fun and you must enjoy it to find success.

That laugh in the practice video is hilarious and so real it’s hard not just to smile and be thankful Georgia has a man like Kirby Smart leading the team to great things.
