To call it a career renaissance four games into your sophomore year seems a little dramatic to most. But for Andrew Thomas, the first quarter of the season has shown exactly what the former No. 4 overall pick can do.
Before the season, I wrote that this was a make a break season for Thomas. He has picked up right where he left off towards the end of last season and developed into a dominant left tackle, showing massive improvement.
According to Pro Football Focus, Thomas has a 79 pass blocking grade and has allowed 0 sacks on 167 pass blocking snaps. Let’s not forget, Thomas gave up more pressures than any other qualifying left tackle last season.

If Thomas continues to build on his early season success, a Pro Bowl is almost a given and he might even reach the level where we see All-Pro next to his name in the near future.
