Georgia football will once again have perfect weather for their game against Auburn on Saturday.
The football gods have been kind to the Dawgs so far this season, and thankfully they are going to again for their first true SEC road test of the season.
According to weather.com, at kickoff it’ll be around 82-degrees, but by half time the temperature will begin to drop. By the end of the game, it’ll be around 77-degrees.
Fans will get a mostly sunny day with winds up to 10 miles-per-hour, so it’ll be a warm day, but with the breeze it’ll make it perfect.
There is a 10% chance of rain, but it is unlikely, so carrying a rain jacket is only necessary if you’d like another layer after the sun sets. As the day progresses the chances diminish to none, giving fans perfect conditions.
Humidity will be at 72% throughout the day and it’ll increase to 91% in the evening.
Georgia fans will need to make sure they stay hydrated throughout the day to just ensure maximum fun.
This weather is what you want for a game like this. It won’t be so hot that cramps will occur, and it won’t be cold, so both teams should have the ability to run their gameplans without alterations.
Thankfully the rain will stay away so the Dawgs can air it out if they need to, or if they’d like to run the ball it won’t be so sloppy that it could cause injuries.
Georgia fans, hopefully the crispness of Fall will come soon because this mid-80s weather isn’t always the most fun, but it is better than having it extremely hot.
Since this weather will be almost perfect, wear your lucky jersey, shirt, or whatever you feel comfortable in because there won’t be anything causing fans to add layers.
The Dawgs and the Tigers will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS for an SEC showdown that’ll surely make the 126th edition of the Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry one to remember — at least for Georgia, because by the end of it Auburn will be ready to call mercy
