Don’t let that Florida’s 4-3 record fool you too much because the Gators still have a lot of talented players that will give Georgia football some fits on Saturday.

This game will be the 100th meeting of the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party, and Georgia leads the series 53-44-2. With it being such a milestone game, there is no telling what might happen.

A game that is always circled on Georgia football fans’ calendars, as the unbeaten and top-ranked Dawgs travel down to Jacksonville to take on their hated rivals, the Florida Gators.

With SEC championship and College Football Playoff aspirations, Georiga enters the game with a perfect 7-0 record. On the other hand, the Gators enter with a 4-3 record, which isn’t where Gator fans expected to be during the 2021 preseason.

For the first time since 2017, this Georgia football and Florida showdown isn’t a top-10 matchup, but that doesn’t mean the Gators don’t have playmakers.

As history has shown us, however, this game can go either way. Georgia is notorious for falling short against Florida despite the Dawgs having the better team going into the games. Head coach Kirby Smart, however, has done a great job of killing those underwhelming letdowns we, as fans, have been so used to in the past.

Despite only having eight total wins against the Gators since 2000, the Dawgs are looking to create a new trend, once that includes a lot of wins a very few losses.

Florida has some talent on both sides of the ball that will be looking to mess up the momentum of the Georgia offense and defense.

Georgia must be ready for three offensive and three defensive players on the Gators squad on Saturday. It’ll be a good day to be a Dawg if they can contain these six talented players.
