Channing Tindall

Georgia has the undisputed best defense in college football. The Dawgs have historically dominated opponents with hosses like Jordan Davis, Jalen Carter, Nakobe Dean, Kelee Ringo, and other future NFL talent.

Channing Tindall is a guy that doesn’t get talked about compared to the other stars on defense, but he has quietly turned in a pretty solid season. The senior linebacker from Columbia, S.C., has 40 total tackles, with 2.5 tackles for loss.

Tindall is a very intelligent player. He knows the Georgia defensive scheme and plays like the back of his hand and has proven to be a great leader for this team.

On Tuesday, he spoke to the media about how each player wanting to outplay each other makes the Georgia defense so unique and so dominant every week. This group wants to win so bad, and they know competing does just that.

It doesn’t matter who the opponent is — this defense likes taking their lunch money and making them look silly. Tindall has joined in on the fun, but it’s time for him to step up and lead.

At 6- 2 230-pounds, Tindall has the perfect size and strength for a linebacker. He is a player that can make a big play if the offense challenges him. Expect him to feast on Missouri this Saturday.
