JT Daniels has an explosive day with 250 passing yards and at least two scores

Georgia football fans who want JT Daniels to lead the way will get their wish on Saturday. Daniels should get a ton of playing time, at least until he gets Georgia up a few touchdowns.

The Dawgs will likely start Stetson Bennett for a couple of series, and then they will put the ball in Daniels’ hands to get him some game reps after missing so many with his injury.

He will get to show off on Saturday and will likely throw for 250-plus yards and a couple of scores. Georgia needs some explosiveness on offense to wake the crowd up, and when Daniels airs it out for long touchdowns, the crowd loves that.

The Dawgs don’t need to use Bennett a ton on Saturday. Instead, they need to let Daniels have a big day. He has been a teammate for Bennett most of the season, and now it’s time to let him take over. So if Georgia needs him for Georgia Tech, the SEC Championship, or playoffs, Daniels will have more than a few cleanup series under his belt.

On the season, Daniels is 61-of-82 for 649 yards, six touchdowns, and three interceptions. He completes 74.39% of his passes and has a quarterback rating of 157.70. The Dawgs have two quarterbacks that can handle the job, and Daniels will get to remind everyone on Saturday what made us all fall for him.

Georgia will likely use most of their quarterbacks on Saturday, but there is a sneaky suspicion Daniels will get a good chunk of them to get him confident moving forward.
