Here us out, why not bring back Bryan McClendon to help run the offense? He is currently working as the interim head coach for Oregon, where he was the passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach before taking over for the bowl game.

McClendon joined the Ducks staff in 2020, and before that, he was at South Carolina offensive coordinator from 2016 to 2019. He left Georgia for the Gamecock job and has done a tremendous job.

Why not come back and help evolve the Dawgs offense into something special.

While at Georgia, he was a part of a staff that averaged 40-plus points in 2014. Plus, he helped the Dawgs put together four of Georgia’s top six seasons in program history in total offense and three of the top 5 seasons for total touchdowns.

Head coach Kirby Smart already has Will Muschamp on staff. Why not bring in McClendon, another alumnus, and let him work with the offense again?

Not to mention, McClendon is one of the best recruiters in the country and knows how to get kids to buy into a program. He could help the Dawgs offensive production and add another weapon to the recruiting staff. McClendon may have been around a while, but that doesn’t matter if he has the right offensive mindset, and he does.
