The holiday season is here, and like the rest of us, Georgia football has a list for Santa Claus.

We all want something this year, but what would the Dawgs want for Christmas? They’ve got a great recruiting class, it’s too late to ask for an SEC Championship win, but there is plenty the Dawgs need this holiday season.

So if Santa Claus could grant these three wishes, that would be ideal, but that isn’t always how things work. Still, it’s fun to discuss these things because we all want something different from the big man for our team as Georgia fans.

Georgia football would have these three things at the top of their Christmas list.

The Dawgs shouldn’t want too much with how this year has gone. They’re in the playoffs, went 12-0 and 8-0 in conference play for the first time in decades. Georgia hasn’t had that many problems off the field. While it hasn’t hit yet, the Dawgs haven’t seen anyone head to the transfer portal mid-season.

There is plenty to be grateful for this year, and the Dawgs’ list isn’t that long, but the things on this list are important to the Dawgs’ near future. They would help the fans step away from the ledge, that’s for sure, but then again, the fan base has high expectations, so even if these things happened, the fans would find something.

It’s only because, as Georgia fans, we love our team so much and want them to succeed. We aren’t being negative towards the fanbase either because we all want Georgia to be the best and want the staff to do whatever it takes to make that happen. We’re fans, we love our team, and these expectations can be understandable.

With all that said, it’s pretty easy to pick out three things the Dawgs would ask for from Santa Claus, and maybe the big man will deliver this year.
