Georgia football doesn’t lose any more coaches

Georgia already lost its defensive coordinator to Oregon as Dan Lanning took the Ducks head coaching job. So, the first thing the Dawgs have on their Christmas list is to keep the rest of the staff intact. Don’t let Lanning or any other school poach a coach from Athens because this staff works well together and has gotten results.

One way Clemson won two national titles in such a short time is by having talented players, but also by keeping that staff together. The longer the staff stays together, the better it helps keep the unity among the players.

They know the coach, so preparing for the season and games is easier. New coaches bring in new tactics and ways of doing things, so if the Dawgs can keep this group together, it’ll help with the transition next year of finding the next big playmakers.

Not to mention this staff is one of the best-recruiting groups in college football. Each year, they continue to bring in great players, which helps the Dawgs continue to reload instead of rebuild.

Smart finally has a group that knows his message and what kind of culture they want at the University of Georgia. Now Santa, give them all hefty raises so they will stay and continue to help build something great in Athens.
