Georgia football offensive key vs Michigan: Play with physicality

Physicality and discipline are tenants directly out of what Kirby Smart preaches each and every game. How many times have those two words been said by coach Smart? Quite a lot, and there is a reason why.

Georgia is going into a fistfight against the Wolverines. They know that. They also know they can’t make mistakes that end up taking big plays off the board.

The Bulldogs will always be physical and they know Michigan is looking for just that. This game has all the makings of a heavyweight slobberknocker. We know Georgia wants to break Michigan, that is what Georgia does. The Dawgs should not change that mindset just because they are playing a quality, physical defense.

Assert yourself as the alpha dog. Erase all doubt about what people saw in the last game. Michigan has seen only one really physical team. Who coaches that team? Former UGA defensive coordinator Mel Tucker, who thinks as Kirby Smart does. You win with physicality and discipline.

If Georgia can have both, they will win the Orange Bowl and play for a National Championship. In all likelihood play that team from across the river, and attempt to kill the narrative.
