Georgia football explosive offense will benefit the Dawgs

Regardless of whether you want to believe that Georgia football has an explosive offense, the Dawgs have made a ton of big plays this football season.

Many of Georgia’s big plays came from Brock Bowers, the true-freshman tight end that has no quit and seems like he should be a fifth-year senior. He loves those big moments, and there are very few times he hasn’t made those happen.

Georgia also has a stable of running backs that can bust open a big run if they need to, and this is the game they will need to do just that. However, starting quarterback Stetson Bennett can get the ball to his guys to make explosive plays, and the Dawgs need to do that against the Wolverines defensive backs.

The Dawgs need to air it out early and test the waters because the wideouts are strong and can create the right separation to make these plays. Bennett just has to get it to them, and he has a majority of the time this year, again regardless of any fan wanting to believe that.

If it’s George Pickens, Bowers, Darnell Washington or AD Mitchell, the jump ball can be beneficial because most of these guys proved they could win those 50/50 battles.

Wouldn’t it be nice to see a Sony Michel Rose Bowl-type run on Friday against the Wolverines? By airing it out, that gives the running backs a better chance at busting those big runs we need to see from them. This offense is more than capable of making big things happen, and to us, that needs to be a big emphasis in this playbook.

If Georgia can get some explosive plays, it’ll give them the confidence to keep moving forward and beat the Wolverines.
