Let’s start with the most obvious one, Michigan’s big man who leads the Wolverines in sacks and tackles for loss, Aidan Hutchinson.

Hutchinson is one of the best players in the entire nation, so it was no surprise when he was a finalist for the most prestigious award a player can get in all of college football, the Heisman Trophy.

His big build is one of many things that give him an advantage in his incredible pass-rush skills. Plus, his tenacious attitude on the field only elevates his game.

Hutchinson ranks No. 3 in the country with 14 sacks, plus he has 15.5 tackles for loss and 12 quarterback hurries. However, what makes that so impressive is he has 58 total tackles, so a quarter of his takedowns resulted in sacking the quarterback.

He is an absolute monster to try to protect on that outer edge, so Georgia’s tackles better get ready for him because Hutchinson will want to cause problems. His speed and length are such a lethal combo, but he takes more pride in his power rush ability more than anything.

If it wasn’t for his three-sack performance against Ohio State in the last regular-season game, he and the rest of the Wolverines might not even be in this situation as the No. 2 team fighting to become national champs.

The offensive line for the Dawgs will have to come up huge against Hutchinson and that Michigan defense if they want to establish any sort of a dominant ground game.
