Georgia football has been on College GameDay analyst Lee Corso’s radar all season. The pick is in for the Orange Bowl, and coach went with the Dawgs.

Everyone but Michigan alum Desmond Howard went with the Dawgs, which has proven to be smart all year long.

This game will be The GameDay crew’s fifth Georgia game this season, and the Dawgs have gone 3-1 so far.

Lee Corso knows a good football team when he sees one, and Georgia football has his attention.

Corso went right along with celebrity guest picker and Dawg legend Bill Goldberg and picked the Dawgs for the fourth time this season. The only time he didn’t was for the Alabama game, and the former coach knew what he was doing.

So while some Georgia fans still believe Corso picking the Dawgs is a curse, it’s been a blessing this season as they’ve gone 3-0. The Dawgs beat Clemson, Arkansas and Kentucky when Corso picked the Bulldog headgear.

Corso picked the Dawgs to win it all and even predicted what happened in Atlanta, so at this point, we might as well trust the guy.

Georgia’s performance in Atlanta embarrassed the Dawgs, so they will be hungry to prove themselves on a big stage again. It’s time for Georgia to prove they deserve to be in Miami and deserve a spot in the national championship more than Michigan does.

Corso said they were mad, and that would be what helps elevate the Dawgs over the Wolverines.

Finally, Corso and the GameDay crew have given the Dawgs the credit they deserve, and the fact they’ve been to five of their games is just impressive.

If the Dawgs beat Michigan, it will end up being six appearances. We all know they will be at the national championship, but will Corso pick the Tide again, or will he finally pick the Dawgs to upset Alabama.
