Georgia football starting quarterback Stetson Bennett

Stetson Bennett had a coming-out party against the Wolverines, and we don’t care what any other expert says.

Bennett completed 66% of his passes, and to be honest, there isn’t much more you could ask him to do. He went 20-of-30 for 313 yards and three touchdowns, plus he recorded three rushes for 32 yards, including two key first downs. Yes, he had a few suspicious throws, but every quarterback has those moments.

Georgia fans have judged him so much after the Alabama game and pretty much this entire season. Bennett has grown so much as a quarterback and improved. He was so strong under pressure on Friday night and didn’t let much of anything rattle him. Bennett wants to do whatever it takes to win games for Georgia, and he loves this team so much.

More people need to realize this whole thing is about growth. Bennett’s growth led him to where he is today.

National titles don’t come yearly unless your Alabama and even Nick Saban himself will tell you how hard it is to win one.

The coaches trust him to take this team to the glory land, and well, he is 1-0 in games that truly matter. Bennett led this team to beat Michigan and earned offensive MVP awards for that reason.
