Since Georgia football head coach Kirby Smart got to Athens, he transformed the football facilities into the best in the country. The latest addition seems finally finished, and it proves why no one tops what the Dawgs have.

In short, it is gorgeous and looks elite. This facility exceeds expectations, and the short video the Dawgs posted on social media gave us all chills. The players seem to love it, but more importantly, it is out there for recruits to see.

Georgia already has some of the best in-stadium recruiting spaces there are, and now they’ve added this to the Butts Mehre building — man, it is impressive.

The Dawgs compete with the best each year through their facilities, trying to be the best in college football. Some of these places feel nicer than NFL practice campuses, and there is nothing wrong with it. Now that the Dawgs have theirs done, it surpasses any NFL facility.

Georgia football has the best football facilities in the country, and it’s not up for debate.

Prospects will see this facility and the stadium renovations and know this school cares about their football program and is willing to fund the necessary needs to build whatever will keep the Dawgs winning national championships.

This structure was in the process before the big win, but imagine what kind of stuff can happen now that the Dawgs have one under their belt.

Each year some articles rank the top facilities, and for a while, Georgia didn’t see the top 10 of that list, but when Smart started building things and upgrading facilities, the Dawgs slowly rose the rankings.

247Sports released their top-25 best facilities in 2021 earlier this month, and they ranked Georgia at No. 18, which felt highly disrespectful. That ranking is three spots higher than Florida, and they aren’t even close to the same level.

Of course, this is an opinion piece, and they have every right to judge and rank as they want, but Georgia has the best facilities in the country. This list doesn’t give the Dawgs and the money they’ve put into these projects into consideration, so seeing that No. 18 ranking seems inaccurate.

They have six other SEC schools ranked higher than the Dawgs, and while all of these schools have fantastic facilities, none of them come close to being as good as what the Dawgs have.

Clemson is No.1 on their list because of a slide, and well, the slide was cool five years ago when it was new. Georgia has gone above and beyond to upgrade its stadium, practice facilities, locker room, recruiting areas, weight room and other projects in the last few years.

Now that the Dawgs have won the national championship, there is no telling what they will do next, but for now, Georgia’s newest project proves who has the best facilities, regardless of what a ranking list suggests.
