Georgia football is already surging on the 2023 recruiting trail as the Dawgs continue to impress prospects. They’ve already got nine pledges for this class and rank on 247Sports as the No.2 team behind Notre Dame.

The Dawgs already have a wide variety of players in this class, including two cornerbacks, one defensive lineman, a couple of offensive linemen, two receivers, and two tight ends.

Georgia will be open to adding commitments from all the positions in this 2023 class as it’s still early in the cycle. There could be a lot of movement in some areas after this 2022 class, so the focus areas will present themselves the closer it gets to football season.

Depending on how the spring goes and if anyone else transfers, those needs could change.

Georgia football has already impressed these three guys in the 2023 recruiting cycle.

The Dawgs are throwing out offers for this 2023 class, giving us something to be excited about ahead of spring ball.

With Bryan McClendon joining the staff, it has wide receivers excited about Georgia and that could mean seeing this offense evolve into an even bigger powerhouse.

Georgia’s new linebackers coach Chidera Uzo-Diribe is getting his name out there for recruits to get to know him, and we’re living for that.

He is an excellent recruiter, and now he has the funds and team that kids want to go to, so this hire should only benefit the Dawgs. While Fran Brown just got hired earlier this week, it’ll only be a matter of time before he hits the ground running for this class to secure some of the top defensive backs.

Georgia needs another solid recruiting class at that position to keep the depth where it needs to be. Tray Scott is also doing a lot of work, giving out offers to some of the big men to keep that defensive line at the same level we fans have all grown accustomed to seeing.

It’s still early in this 2023 recruiting cycle, but these three names are already trending in the Dawgs’ right direction.
