4. Georgia football beat Arkansas 37-0 to remain undefeated in 2021

From 2014 to 2021, the fourth most epic game has to be the 37-0 shutout Georgia football pitched to Arkansas in Week 5 to stay No.1 and undefeated.

This matchup produced the perfect storm for an epic matchup as ESPN College GameDay was there, and head coach Kirby Smart challenged the fans and students to get there early. A top-10 matchup, and from the opening snap, the Dawgs allowed no mercy.

Georgia fans were so loud that folks could hear them in Atlanta that day. That statement may be a bit of an exaggeration, but the crowd was louder than Penn State’s white-out game at night. A noon game trumped a night one with more fans than Sanford Stadium could hold. Now that is an epic achievement.

The Dawgs scored at will, and that defense demoralized Arkansas as the Hogs didn’t know what hit them. After those back-to-back false starts, it was at that moment everyone knew this game was about to get ugly.

Throw in a blocked punt that got returned for a score, and it was a memorable game. This nooner will be remembered for a long time, and Arkansas shouldn’t want to come to Athens for a long time.
