Georgia football fans are truly enjoying this national championship win and the trolling that comes with it.

When Alabama defeated Georgia in 2018, Feb. 26 became a day we dreaded because the Tide fans enjoyed reminding all of Dawg Nation what happened. That date is no longer relevant since the Dawgs demoralized Alabama 33-18 on Jan. 10.

The football gods blessed Georgia by giving them two significant dates to troll Alabama fans — Feb. 18 and March 10.

Dawg fans deserve to have these kinds of moments. They haven’t been in this position in 40-plus years, so let them enjoy themselves.

Georgia football fans earned the ability to troll Alabama fans.

Alabama wins every other year, it seems like, so they should be able to handle a little trolling from the Dawgs.

Who doesn’t love two more days of celebrating the big win over someone like Alabama?

This March 10 is special because third and 10 was the down when Kelee Ringo intercepted Alabama starting quarterback Bryce Young and took it 79-yards to the house. That play gave the Dawgs a 33-18 win, and it was the moment that made all of Dawg nation break down with every positive emotion possible.

Today is the day to share the video of Ringo picking off Young and scoring. Giving Georgia fans two days to celebrate Alabama mishaps may feel like a lot to the Tide fans, but these Dawgs have waited a long time for these bragging rights.

We love this kind of trolling because it isn’t personal or rude — it’s just flat-out funny. Take the advice of ESPN Analyst and massive Dawg fan Elle Duncan when celebrating this title win.

Georgia fans should show that pick-six video all day long because it was an epic moment that deserves to get bragged about and thrown in Alabama fans’ faces. The Dawgs earned that win and finally overcame the biggest hump they’ve faced.

So like you did on Feb. 18, enjoy March 10 with class and dignity, and enjoy trolling Alabama fans who are still salty about losing to Georgia. That saltiness happens for nine more months until another champion gets crowned.
