Georgia football QB Brock Vandagriff and two true freshmen receivers will lead the highlight reel

Georgia football will let the quarterbacks air it out to all those talented receivers, tight ends and running backs they have on offense.

While the prediction seems vague, let’s break it down some more. Brock Vandagriff will pass for over 150 yards and score his first touchdown as a Dawg. That touchdown will likely be to either Oscar Delp or De’Nylon Morrissette.

Those two will combine for 150 yards and two scores as they will catch balls from Vandagriff and Stetson Bennett, Carson Beck, and Gunner Stockton.

We chose Vandagriff and those two wideouts because they have been some of the players who received praise during the spring. Morrissette is a tall receiver who will make for a big target, and Delp could be another Brock Bowers.

If Vandagriff wants to impress, he will need to take control when his offensive series come on Saturday. He has talent, but now it’s time to put it together and beat out Beck.

Vandagriff had a strong G-Day showing last year, but it must be better this season because the fans and coaches want to see his growth. Those two youngsters, though, went through their first spring practice in Athens, and to already be making noise is downright impressive.

It would be incredible to see either one of them catch a long bomb from one of the quarterbacks and get some bragging rights on that secondary.

The offense will look highly explosive and avoid running the ball too much to prevent a ton of tackles. Injuries don’t need to happen in spring football games, and the playcalling will reflect that.
