Jamall “Jah” Jarrett — 4-star, 6’6″, 350lbs DT

One of the first guys to talk about just came off his official visit to Georgia, and that is Jamall “Jah” Jarrett. He is a massive defensive lineman that the Dawgs are pushing hard to get.

Reports suggest that this trip left a positive mark on him, and now a couple of days after he got home, a big decision could come.

Throughout his time there, Jarrett posted updates and provided a little insight into what the Dawgs do for recruits visiting on their official visit. Plus, Jordan Davis, another North Carolina native, was on campus, so that had to be an extra element for the young man.

Georgia knows how to pull out all the stops, and the Dawgs seem to have done a great job with this one right here.

According to 247Sports, Jarrett is a 4-star that ranks as the No. 26 defensive lineman and the No. 3 player out of North Carolina.

Jarrett is a must-get player in the 2023 class, no questions about it. If the Dawgs want to continue having a large person on the front seven, they need him.

At 6-6 and 350-pounds, he is another Davis that the Dawgs know they can coach. After this visit, I’d say Georgia is in a great place to land him. Jarrett canceled his visit to Texas A&M for this weekend, which bodes well for the Dawgs.

He is a massive piece of the puzzle, and this decision could come sooner than later.
