The Georgia Bulldogs have some of the biggest characters that have played for the football team, and with it being the Fourth of July, why not discuss who we’d invite to the barbecue.

From those who would show up to chow down on the excellent food to the Georgia Bulldogs that would man the grill and demolish the cornhole tournament, plenty of players would make any Fourth of July barbecue that much better.

With it being the offseason, recruiting is a big talking point, but with it being a dead period now, why not discuss a light-hearted topic that everyone should enjoy.

Every Fourth of July barbecue needs a Georgia Bulldog in attendance because they make any situation better. It’s not just football players but alumni too. However, for this article, we are sticking with football players. Those with the Arch attached to their name have a different vibe, and they know how to have a good time.

These five Georgia Bulldogs would be the first to get an invitation to our Fourth of July barbecue.

Before we shoot off fireworks and eat good food to celebrate America’s birthday, let’s think about what makes an epic party.

Every party needs a good grillmaster to man the grill and make sure those ribs, hamburgers and hotdogs are cooked to perfection.

Then there is that perfect cornhole partner that helps you beat the rest of your family and friends at the best tailgating game in existence.

While we need the football players to avoid losing fingers with the fireworks, you still need someone to help put together the best firework show in the neighborhood, so that’s another role to fill.

The party master is the fourth role. This person is someone who knows how to have fun, brings the tunes, and knows how to keep those coolers full.

Lastly, there needs to be the one Georgia Bulldog that you invite because he is your all-time favorite, or if that role is already in one of the four above slots, this guy is someone you want to hang out with because he seems that awesome.

We did a list similar to this for Thanksgiving, so we wanted to keep the tradition alive by creating one for the Fourth of July.

Here are the five Georgia Bulldogs we’d select and what role they’d fill at the barbecue. After reading our five, let us know who you’d pick and why.
