Georgia football ran all over Auburn on Saturday evening as the Dawgs won 42-10. Dawg fans were worried in the first half, and rightfully so because it was not a strong start, but it worked itself out and resulted in a 32-point win.
This win wasn’t the prettiest, but it was more than enough to go 3-0 in the SEC and stay undefeated on the season. Georgia needs to remember who they are and find ways to have fun because when they force things, the Dawgs don’t look their best.
However, unlike last week, the reactions to this game were far better on Twitter. The Dawg fans, former players, and networks showed Georgia a lot of love. When a team gets a 32-point win over a rival, they deserve some love.
Georgia football won big, and the Twitter reactions are everything we wanted to see.
After scrolling through Twitter and saving throughout the game, these are the best Twitter reactions from the Dawgs’ Week 6 win over Auburn. Some of these reactions were throughout the game, but they were too good not to include, so enjoy.
We agree — CBS Sports, when Uga is happy, we’re all happy. He is such a good boy and enjoyed the game like the rest of us. Just look at that face — whoever doesn’t love that face isn’t a real person.
These tweets came after starting quarterback Stetson Bennett’s 64-yard run for a touchdown. He is such a dynamic player who doesn’t get enough respect. From the Barstool account to Tavarres King, everyone loved seeing Bennett finally get his moxy back in the second half.
Dasher is right. After that run, people miraculously forgot about his first-half performance. Well, some of them did. There are plenty of other fans that didn’t and still want to criticize him for every mistake.
Quavo knew the Dawgs were not giving this game up to Auburn, and just look at that drip. Now for our two favorite reactions to the big win.
This video never gets old. Seeing that bulldog take out the trash can is always golden. The Dawgs ran through the Tigers just like the dog ran through the can. Not to mention hearing Auburn alumni Charles Barkley say, “How Bout them Dawgs” is the cherry on top of a 32-point win.
Georgia football fans should feel a little better about this offense after demoralizing Auburn 42-10. The Dawgs still have work to do, but 6-0 and 3-0 in the SEC is still a great feeling to have. Winning right now is key, and the Dawgs continue to find ways to do that and even blow out SEC West rivals.
