Georgia football starting quarterback Stetson Bennett used his legs to tote the rock 64 yards and add the Dawgs’ fourth rushing touchdown against Auburn. He hasn’t had the best day through the air, but as soon as the fourth quarter started, Bennett snapped the ball and took off for the endzone. No one was catching him or pulling him down — it was clear he had a point to prove.

That 64-yard run puts Georgia up 28-3 against the Tigers as the Dawgs continue to exert their dominance on the ground. We don’t want to talk about the passing game, but this rush attack can stick around because it has been good today.

Bennett set a career-high for himself on this run too, but it was about time he took off and used his legs as a weapon. Sometimes it feels like he forgets that is an option, but then he does something like this, and all the negative goes silent.

Georgia football quarterback Stetson Bennett took it to the house.

The funniest part was seeing UGASports reporter Anthony Dasher say he was running from the law on this run, which sums it up for us. Bennett knew he needed an explosive play to get the momentum in Georgia’s pocket, and he did just that.

Georgia started sluggishly again, but the offense seems to be improving. However, this run was what the Dawgs needed from its offense because it gave them confidence. If Bennett and his offense have confidence, hopefully, that will eliminate the sluggish indecisiveness.
