Georgia football starting quarterback Stetson Bennett may not be playing his best passing the ball, but that doesn’t mean he can’t run the ball. He tucked the ball and ran it in four yards to score and make it 17-3 against the Mississippi State Bulldogs. State would score another field goal on its next drive, but the Mailman is keeping the Dawgs ahead of the SEC West Bulldogs.

The Mailman has the moves, and this latest touchdown run shows another weapon he can use. On that run, Bennett made the Bulldogs’ defender miss so bad he looked like he broke his ankles. He didn’t have to treat that man like that, but Bennett did it to score, so hopefully, he can pick up his ego and keep on trucking.

The Dawgs have been hot and cold against the Bulldogs tonight, but this run put a little more momentum in Georgia’s back pocket as it relied on the defense to help them out. Bennett threw a pick earlier in the half, and while it wasn’t a great look, he made up for it with this rushing touchdown.

Georgia football starting quarterback Stetson Bennetts has the moves like Jagger.

This run from Bennett provided some great reactions, including one from former Georgia great David Pollack. Snap, crackle, pop is right, Pollack, and that defender may not be able to show his face on campus for the next week.

The Georgia paint line also gave a great tweet about the run.

We enjoyed this one because it’s creative and probably where the defender will head after tonight’s game to escape the ridicule he could see from Bennett juking him out of his shoes.

Georgia football would easily welcome a rematch against Oregon. light. Must Read

Georgia football needs to keep the hammer down and give its defense a rest, so this game doesn’t turn into a shootout. Bennett needs to settle down some on his throws and play his game. His arm may not be 100% after an earlier hit in the game, but the Dawgs need him to protect the ball and beat the breaks off the Bulldogs.
