Georgia football and its media team drop a hype video ahead of each game, and the one for this Clean Old Fashioned Hate matchup is perfect. This week is dedicated to the seniors and how much they have changed the program in Athens. Yes, it’s rivalry week, but more importantly, it’s the opportunity to brag on a senior class that has gone above and beyond to leave a lasting legacy.

The theme of the video is “Dawg for life,” which couldn’t be more accurate. Wearing that G on your helmet or getting that degree from Georgia makes you a Dawg for life.

Before getting into the seniors, this week is about the rivalry game, but more importantly, it’s about sending these guys out with a perfect 4-0 or better record against Georgia Tech.

Georgia football honors its seniors with a top-notch hype video.

What this group of seniors has done in their time at Georgia is incredible. They’ve won 45 games, won the SEC East three times, including this season, played and won a national championship, and have won a Sugar Bowl, a Peach Bowl, and the Orange Bowl.

While we’re all hating Georgia Tech this week and focused on the rivalry, it’s also sad to see these seniors play in their final home game between the hedges. Georgia has the opportunity to surpass 2021’s class record of 45-8 this weekend because they are currently 45-5. With a win over Tech, they’ll earn 46 wins and counting, making history.

This video shows us how special these guys are and why they’ve been able to change the culture and leave a legacy. After winning a national championship, no one expected Georgia to get undefeated heading into the Georgia Tech game. Okay, some of us did, but it doesn’t change how impressive it is that they are and eying another run at the playoffs.
