It’s been a long time since Florida State dominated the ACC, and while we may not be in store for another Bowden-esque dynasty, clearly this 2023 FSU team is ready to take the next step.
The return of quarterback Jordan Travis is going to be a big reason why the Seminoles lay waste to the ACC this year. Beyond that, Mike Norvell is building quite the team around him.
While FSU didn’t have a top-tier recruiting class, they do have the No. 2 transfer class in the nation, with some big-time talent stepping in for Norvell. With the returning players and transfers like Keiondre Jones and Braden Fiske joining the defense, the Seminoles are set up for success.
The Noles will be solid on both sides of the ball and should be considered a favorite to win the ACC and a possible CFB Playoff berth. A playoff semifinal game against this FSU team could come down to the wire like last year’s Peach Bowl.
