The Georgia Bulldogs have once again been dominating news headlines, and we’re here to catch you up on the latest.

With the departure of offensive coordinator Todd Monken and then Mike Bobo being named as his replacement, the big worry was would the Georgia Bulldogs lose any commits or have other recruiting fallout? The early returns are in, and thus far it doesn’t seem like any recruits are ready to walk away from their commitment to Georgia.

ESPN’s latest preseason index is out, and according to the Worldwide Leader, Georgia has a 62 percent of going 11-1 or better in 2023, but on the worst-case end, they think the Dawgs could go 9-3.

You can check out our early preseason schedule predictions here. (Hint, we don’t see 9-3 in the future at all).

The Georgia basketball team has won two straight games, with victories over Kentucky and LSU in their last two contests. The Bulldogs, 16-10 (6-7 SEC), will take on the No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa on Saturday. The Tide are currently listed at +850 to win the national championship per FanDuel Sportsbook.

According to one Tennessee site, the Vols are supposedly set up for more long-term success than both Georgia and Alabama. A to Z Sports thinks Tennessee coach Josh Huepel is the next Nick Saban whose offensive genius will create a new football dynasty in Knoxville. Seems like we’ve heard this fairy tale out of the Big Orange Nation before.
